Edana Schul

Pilates Teacher

Edana Schul has been a pilates practitioner for almost 20 years. The method has truly helped her get over injury and postural issues caused by an intense corporate career. Because of the benefits pilates brought to her, it has been a big part of her life, so much so that she was inspired to teach it to help others.

Edana was trained in the STOTT pilates method in reformer and mat up to advanced level. She enjoy practicing all over the world, experiencing new styles and keeping herself inspired. I am always learning from her peers, the industry and her students and enjoy sharing her passion.

She like to incorporate a degree of education into her classes to help students help themselves in their day to day lives for long-term benefits, not just on the mat. As a movement specialist, there is always a degree of technical precision in her class style, but she love being creative with her sequencing and always bring energy and fun to her lessons, challenging her students to push themselves. She get immense joy when people start to feel the difference pilates makes to their posture, strength and mind-body connection. Get ready to move better!

Marie-Claude Langlois

Marie-Claude is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with Yoga Alliance. She completed 500 hours of teacher training in Integrative Yoga and an additional 150 hours in Yin Yoga. Marie-Claude embraced sharing the practice of yoga in 2015 after becoming a RYT® 200 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ever since, the joy of sharing the practice with others has been a great teaching in itself. This ongoing learning process has been supplemented by the participation in several continuing education workshops, online courses and the reading of many books to foster her understanding of mindfulness, meditation, anatomy, breathing, philosophy and nutrition. Her desire to keep deepening her knowledge and yoga practice led her to complete additional Teacher Training courses in Integrative Yoga and Yin Yoga.

It’s after practicing yoga for many years, during and after her career in Marketing and Product Management that her passion for yoga truly emerged. She discovered the meaning of “Meditation in Movement” through her participation in several 21-day courses of Integrative Yoga with Shilpa Ghatalia. For once, the practice of yoga moved from a physical activity to a new understanding of the essence of Yoga as a whole. In addition to being truly transformed physically, emotionally and spiritually by her practice, she was touched by the teachings of the great Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh, Eckhart Tolle and the Yogic philosophies.

She believes that the practice of yoga is for, and can benefit everyone, regardless of shape, size, age and current physical and mental conditions.

She focuses on breath awareness and the fundamentals of Integrative Yoga, which is a practice of meditation in movement, with the aim of lightness of the body and stillness of the mind. The practice includes: Kriyas, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Mindfulness, a Spine centered Yoga practice influenced by Vanda Scaravelli, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and is infused with the philosophies of Taoism and Non-Dualism. She studied under the guidance of Shilpa Ghatalia and Paddy McGrath.

She also loves to teach Yin Yoga, incorporating the Traditional Chinese Medicine concept of Qi (Chi) and the Meridian theory, as taught to her by Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burelier as well as her extensive readings and online studies from Bernie Clark’s work on Yin Yoga.

Natalie Basch

Natalie Basch

Pilates & Vinyasa Teacher

Yoga has been a part of her life from a very young age onwards. She was drawn to the beauty of the movements and it helped her understand the nature of her own mind.

She moved to Indonesia where she completed multiple trainings in meditation, vinyasa yoga, Hatha and aerial yoga. She managed two businesses and taught various styles of yoga on the Gili Islands and in Ubud.

In 2018, she decided to combine her skills and started her own business, called Airo Yoga. She is currently running Airo Yoga trainings, teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Power Pilates whilst trying to stay true to her personal findings and understandings.

A key thing that she has learnt is: Yoga and Pilates IS life! Her aim is to show people how to lead a life that is in line with their own truth and it starts with moving the body.

Move the body, in order to understand your mind and learn to take your own power back to live your desired life. That is your right! And it starts on the mat.
