“BREATH ALCHEMY” Masterclass by Yogawareness

But believe it or not, breathing is the key to calm everything down. Even more so if you are able to master your breath.
Breathing is a powerful tool to heal your physical body and to empty your mind from negative thoughts. The Breath Alchemy Masterclass is focussed on living in your breath, observing your energy force and mastering your own prana.
Over the course of the masterclass you will be guided through:
– Understanding the cosmic structure of breathing
– Discovering the link between breath, emotions and life purpose.
– Practice 1: observation of your own breathing process and defining its dysfunctions
– Practice 2: PRANA YOGA (A practical set of exercises to build your own prana)
– Practice 3: Breath Alchemy (Experience Transcendental Meditation through breathing )
DURATION: 3 hours
PROVIDED: GUIDELINE BOOK, YOGA MAT, HOT&COLD BEVERAGE
Experience required: Open to all levels of yogis EXCEPT pregnant women, patient with severe heart issues
Requirements: Come with an open heart, wear comfy clothes
About the instructor:
Originally from Morocco, inti is a traveling yoga teacher, certified in Hatha & ashtanga yoga, advanced pranic healing & psychotherapy.
She is a full-time yoga instructor (Bikram, Ashtanga and Hatha), co-founder & organizer of BWBfest (balance and wellbeing festival) in Malaysia.
The YOGAWARENESS project came then with the purpose of linking all this knowledge through technical workshops combining meditation, energy healing, yoga, and quantum physics.
