Olivier Di TullioVinyasa & Martial Teacher
From a French father and Chinese/Malaysian mother, Olivier truly combines a mix of culture « east meets west ». A Sukma gold medallist in Fencing combined with an avid passion for martial arts, Olivier’s competitiveness was transformed when he started working in the corporate world as an engineer and Sales manager. Seeking more balance and peace, the discovery of yoga and the refinement of his TaiChi and Qigong has led him to understand the needs of our modern everyday life.
Olivier is now dedicating his passion full-time to teach these practices in a less traditional way, mixing modern western logic with traditional eastern practices; he seeks to find the best way to improve each of his student’s lives to integrate these very beneficial but sometimes challenging activities in a more practical way.
This is a class for people who want to increase their flexibility and mobility
in order to be more embodied. This class creates a deeper understanding of how to practice more effectively, in order to allow the tissues to open so that the energy can flow more freely, making your entire practice more free, embodied, and sensual. You come to understand how to stretch more effectively and use gentle movement to unwind the fascia and release the joints. This practice leads to greater vitality and a more connected body. It is a practice that is quite gentle, and yet challenging and it just might change your understanding of your body and your practice.
