Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga focuses on completely relaxing the body. Using props (bolsters, blocks and blankets) allows the body to feel supported so you can drop into a deeply peaceful state where true healing occurs. It helps with releasing tension and stress from the body, ideal for those who are processing stress or trauma. Great for beginners, as well. Some describe this as “better than a massage.”
