Anis founded The Breathing Circle to encourage urbanites in the art of slowing down through conscious breathing and movement. She believes that stillness through meditation and self inquiry leads to clarity in navigating life’s challenges. Anis continues her 500 hour studies at the Insight Yoga Institute with her mentors, Sarah and Ty Powers.
