Yoga is very therapeutic for the body, mind and spirit even when facing a physical discomfort. Always inform your facilitator of any issues you may be experiencing. We offer a wide range of classes for all body types.
You may do so if you choose. However, our studios are stocked with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, & cushions for our guests to use at their own leisure.
Yes, you may record photos or videos around areas that are open to the public. However, please approach us if you intend to photograph during classes or workshops unless explicitly permitted by the Management Team and/or facilitator. We’d highly appreciate it if guests would tag our social media accounts on your photographs.
Cancellations should be made at least 3 hours prior to the class starting. Any cancellations made beyond this will be charged in full or deducted from your existing package (excluding monthly unlimited package).
Please note that no-shows and late cancellations will be recorded by the studio and if you fail to attend a registered class three times or more during your monthly membership period, the studio reserves the right to remove your ability to book classes in advance though you will be able to attend classes as a walk-in if there is space.
