Sunrise Flow

Dynamic Flow

This stimulating class will be the equivalent of coffee for your spirit. A blend of movement flow and body opening for core activation and soul awakening.
Gentle Flow

Take your time gradually awakening every region of your body. That is the purpose of the calm flow! This class is appropriate for beginners. It will begin with a mild yoga practice and progress to profound soul-stretching.
Vinyasa Flow

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a Sanskrit term that means “Force,” also known as “Sun” (Ha) and “Moon” (tha) – the Yoga of balance. Our Hatha Yoga class helps you create space inside yourself by developing your endurance and patience through a precise mix of posture and breath. In this unique class, you will be guided through basic Hatha Yoga poses with sprinkles of conditioning drills emphasizing injury recovery and body awareness to improve mobility and mental and physical strength.

Yogalates integrates yoga and pilates in one class. When yoga asanas help you improve mobility, flexibility, strength, breathing capacity, and joints, pilates will increase the development of different muscle groups, giving the practitioner better mobility and inner strength patterns.
Barre Core

Barre Core is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. It involves low-impact, high-intensity movements that is designed to strengthen the core and lower body.
Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Yin Yoga is an excellent approach to slow down time. This practise restores the body by holding each easy pose for nearly 5 minutes. This process allows your body to create space within, stretch, align, and transform. This practise teaches us to be compassionate and patient with ourselves.
As you settle into long, passive holds, the sound of crystal bowls will guide you into a deeper state of tranquility, helping to release tension and restore balance to your body and mind. Open to all levels, this class is the ultimate reset for anyone seeking peace, calm, and inner harmony.

This class is slow and yet high-energy practice that combines chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repeating asanas. Its purpose is to activate your body’s energy until it puts you in a deep state of relaxation. It is open to all levels, but please notify the teacher if this is your first time practising.
Yoga & Reiki Infused Sound Bath

Yoga means to yoke, to unite. When we flow, we bring all elements of ourselves; the Physical, Emotional, Energetic and Spiritual, onto the mat as one. Through flow, we arrive back to ourselves, we come home. This Active Flow encourages release of what no longer serves, and strengthens who you were always meant to be. All levels welcome. We end in a relaxing Reiki (Universal Energy) infused Sound Bath to replenish our energetic systems.We flow, and come to stillness as one.

Rueda de Casino

While this course focuses on Bachata, Damai Studio also offers Rueda de Casino, a lively Cuban group dance from the 1950s. Performed in a circle, Rueda involves synchronized salsa moves and partner switches guided by a caller’s commands, offering a fun, social contrast to Bachata’s intimate style.
