Gentle Flow (Open Level)

Take your time gradually awakening every region of your body. That is the purpose of the calm flow! This class is appropriate for beginners. It will begin with a mild yoga practice and progress to profound soul-stretching.

Yogalates (Intermediate)

Tuesday, 6.30pm with Elena

Yogalates integrates yoga and pilates in one class. When yoga asanas help you improve mobility, flexibility, strength, breathing capacity, and joints, pilates will increase the development of different muscle groups, giving the practitioner better mobility and inner strength patterns.

Myofascial Yin (Open Level)

Release tension. Restore balance. Feel lighter.
This class combines simple self-massage techniques with the stillness of Yin Yoga: perfect for anyone looking to unwind deeply after a long day. Using massage or tennis balls and yoga straps, you’ll gently release tightness in the muscles and fascia (the body’s connective tissue) before sinking into soothing Yin poses.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body, helping you move more freely, sleep better, and feel more grounded. No experience needed! Just come as you are and let your body soften and stress melt away.

Yang to Yin Yoga is a practice that begins with more dynamic, strength-building sequences to engage the body, followed by restorative poses that foster flexibility and relaxation. This balanced approach cultivates both vitality and calmness.

This class is slow and yet high-energy practice that combines chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repeating asanas. Its purpose is to activate your body’s energy until it puts you in a deep state of relaxation. It is open to all levels, but please notify the teacher if this is your first time practising.

Abs & Booty Sculpt (Open Level)

The Abs and Booty Sculpt workout is designed to tone and strengthen the core and glute muscles, enhancing both stability and aesthetics. This dynamic routine incorporates a variety of targeted exercises that focus on sculpting the abdominal region and lifting the glutes. Yoga & Reiki Infused Sound Bath (Open Level)

Yoga means to yoke, to unite. When we flow, we bring all elements of ourselves; the Physical, Emotional, Energetic and Spiritual, onto the mat as one. Through flow, we arrive back to ourselves, we come home. This Active Flow encourages release of what no longer serves, and strengthens who you were always meant to be. All levels welcome. We end in a relaxing Reiki (Universal Energy) infused Sound Bath to replenish our energetic systems.We flow, and come to stillness as one.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a Sanskrit term that means “Force,” also known as “Sun” (Ha) and “Moon” (tha) – the Yoga of balance. Our Hatha Yoga class helps you create space inside yourself by developing your endurance and patience through a precise mix of posture and breath. In this unique class, you will be guided through basic Hatha Yoga poses with sprinkles of conditioning drills emphasizing injury recovery and body awareness to improve mobility and mental and physical strength.

Barre Core

Barre is a fusion of ballet strength training and pilates precision to sculpt and tone like a ballerina. Focusing on the core through a variety of dynamic movements, this class includes additional heart raising elements of ballet flow to give you a full-body cardio and strength training workout. Relearn the core of barre and build lean muscle in this fun, rhythmic workout.

Mindful Movement & Sound Journey

Friday, 7.00pm with Shari

Begin with gentle, flowing movements inspired by Yoga and Qi Gong to awaken your energy and calm the mind. Then, ease into guided breathwork before resting in a 60 mins sound bath: a deeply meditative experience using gongs, singing bowls, and other healing instruments.

Each week may explore an element from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Elements Theory helping you reconnect with nature’s rhythm and your inner balance.

Sunrise Flow (Intermediate)

Rise with the Sun, This class will provide your spirit with a sufficient amount of positivity. A practice of sun salutation, gratitude, and a clear visualisation for the day.

Dynamic Flow (Advanced)

This stimulating class will be the equivalent of coffee for your spirit. A blend of movement flow and body opening for core activation and soul awakening.

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing (Open Level)

Yin Yoga is an excellent approach to slow down time. This practise restores the body by holding each easy pose for nearly 5 minutes. This process allows your body to create space within, stretch, align, and transform. This practise teaches us to be compassionate and patient with ourselves.
