Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the start of the class. Any cancellations made after this timeframe will incur full charges or deductions from your current package, except for the monthly unlimited package.
Our system will automatically mark you as attended on the ClassPass platform 30 minutes before the class starts.
- Cancellation policy is as per ClassPass guidelines. Please remember to cancel your booking at least 6 hours prior to the class start time to avoid any penalties. Any cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time this will be charged in full and respective credits will be deducted from your ClassPass credits.
For both members and ClassPass sign-ups, please note that no-shows will result in being charged in full or deducted from your existing package (excluding the monthly unlimited package).

Validity

- All packages are sharable.
- More than 3 No shows (Online and Offline) within a month will lead to suspension of your package.
- All packages purchased are non-refundable.
- All packages is transferrable and sharable.
- Gifting a class, a package or a membership is possible.
- Validity will be as per standard package validity and will run from the date that the gift card is activated (through the booking of a class).
- Gift cards/packages can be activated up to 6 months after purchase.
