Abi

Morning Flow ● Sunday, 8.30am

Yoga played a crucial role in Abi’s journey towards improving her body image and self-esteem, apart from the evident physical and mental benefits. To Abi, the most challenging aspect of Yoga training was sitting through the chatter/noise in her mind, and the most rewarding aspect was getting equipped with the skills to more easily and consistently reach a meditative state.
